United Methodist Women (UMW)

Serving Others Locally & Globally

UMW is a community of women whose purpose is to: know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; develop a creative, supportive, fellowship; and expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church. Members of the United Methodist Women meet monthly in Circles for learning, fellowship, and service. Each Circle develops a close relationship with one another, praying for and nurturing its members. Circle activities include retreats, speakers, and mission projects.

We financially support UMW’s work in local, national, and global missions by our pledges and fundraising efforts. Fundraisers are held throughout the year to raise money. Our primary events are rummage sales in October and May.
